1 whole chicken

2 tbsp. rosemary

1 cup of orange juice

4 medium potatoes cut in chunks

Any other vegetables


1. Wash the chicken, put in a roasting pan lined with foil with breast side up, add potatoes and veggies, pour orange juice over the top and sprinkle the rosemary over chicken and on veggies.

2. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 ½ - 2 hours or more depending on the size of chicken.
