1 egg ½ cup pork cracklings, crushed

¼ cup cream

¼ cup minced onion

2 teaspoons cayenne pepper

2 pounds ground beef or pork

1 bottle Walden Farms Barbecue Sauce

1 tablespoon cayenne pepper


1. Prepare the meatballs from the Italian Meatballs recipe, but don’t add any Italian seasoning.

2. In a bowl, combine the barbecue sauce and a tablespoon of cayenne pepper.

3. Brush the meatballs all over with the barbecue sauce, then put in oven for 10 additional minutes
