8 home-grown tomatoes peeled and chopped
1 onion chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
1 t basil leaves
1/2 tsp thyme
2 t oregano
1 t organic brown sugar
1 can organic tomato sauce
1 can organic stew tomatoes
2 pounds of cooked grass-fed ground chuck or turkey
3 t organic butter
1 t organic garlic powder
1t organic garlic salt
1. Throw first 9 in the crockpot and cook on high at least 3 hours. Then add 2 pounds of cooked grass-fed Ground Chuck or Turkey.
2. Put the sauce over Quinoa Pasta to make it a Healthy Gluten Free Dinner. Mix well 3 last then spread on Bread use Freshly Baked Ciabatta from the Deli. Bake on 400 degrees for about 10 minutes or until brown.
