1/2 lb. fresh brussels sprouts, washed and halved
2 t. butter
1/2 t. olive oil
1/4 tsp. garlic sea salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. water
1/8 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 heaping t. grated parmesan cheese
1. Heat 1 T. butter and the olive oil in a skillet over med. high heat. Place the brussels sprouts in the skillet, cut side down. Season with the half the garlic sea salt and pepper, cook for 2-3 minutes till they are lightly browned.
2. Flip them over and season with remaining garlic sea salt and pepper. Cook for 1 minute then add the water and cook till the water has evaporated from the skillet. Add the remaining butter and once melted sprinkle in the bread crumbs and cheese. Toss to coat and cook for 1 minute longer.
