5 to 6 large avocados
1 large lime, juice of
1 medium white onion (diced)
3⁄4 cup loosely packed fresh cilantro (chopped finely)
1 to 2 Serrano peppers optional
1 large tomato Diced
1. Slice avocados in half. Takeout the seed. Place in bowl. Add juice of one fresh lime immediately to prevent browning. Add chopped onions, tomato, and cilantro. mix ingredients. Add jalapeño to taste
2. Serve with tortilla chips, or use with your favorite Mexican dish.
