5 oz hard salami cubed

5 oz pepperoni cubed

5 oz provolone cubed

5 oz mozzarella cubed

2 c tomatoes cubed

1/4 c pepperoncini’s

1/4 c black olives halved

1 medium red bell pepper chopped

1/4 c red onion chopped

3 tbsp olive oil (dressing)

1/2 c red wine vinegar (dressing)

6 tbsp Swerve Confectioners (dressing)

2 tsp oregano (dressing)

1/2 c fresh basil (dressing)

1/2 tsp salt (dressing)

1/2 tsp pepper (dressing)


1. Combine all salad Ingredients in large bowl.

2. Combine all dressing Ingredients in small bowl.

3. Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat.
