Ingredients:

1 large Banana

2 Cups GF oats

1 1/4 cups almond milk

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp Vanilla extract

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

1 egg

Directions:

1. Blend all ingredients (except egg) until smooth, add egg & pulse till fully mixed.

2. Heat pan (with a little coconut oil, when hot pour in batter (1/4 cup per pancake), brown in both sides (2-3 mins).

3. Add favorite topping & enjoy.
