4 egg whites

Stevia – powdered or liquid

2 tablespoons cocoa powder


1. Use mixer to mix the egg whites on a high speed and add stevia.

2. Keep mixing until you get a creamy mixture (approximately 5-6 minutes). Then add cocoa powder.

3. Stir well with a spoon until the mixture gets homogenized (do not use a mixer after adding cocoa, because the mixture will lose its creamy texture). Put the mixture in cups and place them in the freezer for 1-2 hours (do not freeze completely).

4. Enjoy your healthy low carb chocolate dessert. Less Than 50 Calories Per Portion.
