Ingredients:

1 egg (or 1/4 cup egg white)

½ cup milk (skim or low fat)

¼ teaspoon Vanilla

pinch (or 2) of ground Nutmeg

Directions:

1. Put all ingredients in a jug and mix. Pour into a glass.

2. Garnish with a sprinkle of Nutmeg. 30 seconds and breakfast is ready.
