1/4 cup tomato ketchup or tomato sauce
1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup finely chopped scallions
4 5-6 ounce skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1. Combine ketchup, soy sauce, garlic, oil and scallions in a small bowl. Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag. Pour marinade over chicken. Press out excess air and seal.
2. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
3. Preheat broiler or grill. Remove chicken from marinade, and discard marinade. Broil or grill chicken for 6-7 minutes each side.
