Strawberry Banana Chia Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup strawberries, diced & frozen

1/2 banana, diced & frozen

2 Tbsp. Chia seeds

1 cup almond milk

Directions:

1. Place Chia seeds in milk and allow to sit for 30 minutes (good time to do while waiting to eat after taking your Skinny Fiber capsules) in refrigerator.

2. Remove from refrigerator after 30 minutes and add frozen fruits to milk and place in blender. Pulse a few times until fruits are blended well.

3. Add straw and enjoy! Chia seeds are a great source of fiber and they also continue expanding to help you feel full. So in combination with your Skinny Fiber, you are getting a full tummy from one smoothie!
