Ingredients:

2 ripe avocados, pitted & peeled

1 ripe banana, medium-large

2 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder

1.5 tablespoons of honey

¾ cup of milk (or non-dairy substitute)

½ teaspoon of vanilla

Directions:

1. Put all ingredients into a food processor or blender. Mix until smooth.

2. Scrape sides and mix again if need be. Pour mixture into popsicle molds

3. Freeze until solid (approximately 4 hours).
