2 eggs

2 slices of bread

a pinch of salt and pepper

1 teaspoon of mixed herbs


1. Mix the eggs, herbs and salt and pepper in a bowl.

2. Soak the bread in the mixture, making sure both sides are fully covered.

3. Fry the bread in a medium-hot frying pan for about a couple of minutes, until both sides are evenly cooked.

4. Serve either plain, or with ketchup.
