Ingredients:

120 g rice

salt

3 eggs

2 tbsp chopped celery

160 g tuna chunks in vegetable oil

300 g sour apple

4 tbsp olive oil (dressing)

3 tbsp lime juice (dressing)

1 teaspoon mustard (dressing)

2 tbsp pepper (dressing)

100 g light mayonnaise (dressing)

salt (dressing)

Directions:

1. Cook the rice in salted water, strain it. Place in a bowl.

2. Put the eggs in the salted water, cook them for 10 minutes, peel, cool and than chop them. Add the celery, tuna, eggs and chopped apples to the cooled rice.

3. In a small bowl add the oil, lime juice, mustard, pepper, mayonnaise and salt. Mix well. Add this dressing over the rice and stir well.
