Ingredients:

1 banana peeled & chopped

1 apple peeled & chopped

1/2 cup orange juice

1/4 cup semi skimmed milk

1 cup ice

1/4 cup no fat or low fat pineapple yoghurt

Directions:

1. Put all ingredients into blender and blend till smooth, Pour into glasses. Calories 135.8.
