leftover turkey diced

an onion chopped

3 red peppers chopped

3 or 4 garlic cloves

1 jar of passata

3/4 pint of chicken stock made from stock cubes

1 tsp garam masala

1 tsp tumeric

1 tbsp cumin

1 tbsp coriander


1. Stir fry the onions, garlic and peppers for about 5 to 10 minutes in a few sprays of low carlorie spray then add the spices. Add the turkey and passata and the stock.

2. Stir well and leave to simmer for at least 20 minutes. Season to taste and serve with boiled rice. Enjoy a fantastic weight loss curry from Slimming World.
