Pan Seared Fish Tacos

Ingredients:

1 lb. wild caught cod or other mild white fish

1 tbsp. chili powder

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp oregano

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

1 tsp salt

1 tbsp. avocado oil or coconut oil

2 tbsp. water

Directions:

1. Mix spices together with the olive oil and water. Add fish to zip lock bag with the spice mixture and let sit in the fridge for 10-20 minutes.

2. Cook fish on stove, medium heat, for about 5 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily.

3. Serve in whole grain tortillas or lettuce leaves, and top with your favorite cheese, sour cream, avocado or jalapeños!
