7 medium tomatoes

1 yellow or red bell pepper

3 medium stalks of celery

1 ripe mango

1 tbsp. basil

ground pepper to taste

juice of ½ lemon


1. Chop up the bell pepper, and peel the mango. Slice the mango into pieces.

2. Thoroughly blend all of the ingredients together in a large blender

3. Pour into a bowl, heat on the stove for about 10-20 not to overcook it & serve and enjoy!
