1 head cauliflower, cut in pieces
1 garlic clove
4 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
3 tbsp. cream
1 1/2 tsp chicken bouillon
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp. parmesan cheese
1. In a medium pot, bring 4 cups water to a boil. Add 1 tsp salt, cauliflower and garlic clove. Boil till soft.
2. Drain, and place in a blender. Add all other ingredients and blend till creamy. Serve immediately.
