Ingredients:

16 oz. vanilla yogurt

1 cup peanut butter (all natural is best-almond butter is good too)

2 large bananas

2 tsp. cinnamon

1 tbs. honey

Directions:

1. Mix well and using a pastry bag (or a freezer ziplock bag with a corner cut out) place bite sized portions on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.

2. Freeze until hard. Store frozen.
