2 tablespoons almond meal

1 tablespoon Truvia sugar substitute (or more to taste)

1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tablespoon coconut oil or 1 tablespoon canola oil

3 tablespoons cream or 3 tablespoons half-and-half

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 egg


1. Mix everything together in a large mug or small bowl and microwave for at least 90 seconds.

2. Garnish with fresh whipped cream and a couple of walnut pieces.
