5 cups (dry) Whole-Wheat Egg Noodles
1 lb. lean ground turkey
2 Tbs. onions, minced
2 cans (10.75 oz.) 98% fat free ready to serve cream of mushroom
1/2 cup light sour cream
1. Prepare noodles per package directions.
2. Brown the ground turkey, add onions half way through, finish browning.
3. Add soup, salt and pepper. Heat to boil.
4. Stir in Sour Cream.
5. When noodles are done and drained, stir in ground turkey mixture into the noodles pan.
