1 1/2 cups fat-free milk

3 cups low sodium chicken stock

1 cup flour

1 tsp. dried basil

1 tsp. pepper

1 tsp. garlic powder


1. In a medium pot heat chicken stock to a simmer.

2. Add in flour & spices stirring constantly until soup is thick and smooth.
