2 chicken breast cooked and shredded

8 oz. sour cream (or Greek Yogurt)

2 tbs. mayo

2 tbs. fresh chopped cilantro

1 small lime (juiced)

1 jar of Hormel real bacon bits

1/3 cup bell pepper - diced small

1/3 cup onion - diced small

1 or 2 Jalapeno's (seeded and diced small)


1. Stir to combine.

2. Use vessel of choice. Can be served on a bed of lettuce, avocado, spinach, bread, pita pockets, the choices are endless.

3. Top with Cheddar jack cheese.
