2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
1/4 cup homemade mayonnaise
1/4 cup red onion, minced
1 stalk celery, minced
1/4 pecans or walnuts, minced
1-2 tablespoons unsweetened dried cranberries, minced
2 teaspoons lemon juice
salt and pepper
1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
3. Keeps 4-5 days in the refrigerator.
