1 lb. ground beef

1/2 lb. ground breakfast sausage

32 oz. beef broth

1 large onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

15.5 oz. can pinto beans, drained

15.25 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained

14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes with jalapenos, undrained

2 pkts. taco seasoning


1. Brown both meats in a skillet, breaking the meat up as it cooks. Drain well.

2. Place all ingredients in your crock pot, cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours. Note: Leftovers will freeze well if desired.
