1 fuji apple (cut into small cubes)

1 granny smith apples (cut into small cubes)

1 seed from pomegranate (about 3/4 cup)

1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts

11 ozs mandarin oranges (drained, reserve juice)

2 bananas (firm, sliced)

1 teaspoon sugar or 1 teaspoon stevia sugar substitute

1 lime


1. Prepare and mix all the fruit in a bowl.

2. Measure 1/4 cup of the reserved Mandarin orange juice, squeeze in the juice of the lime (approx. 2 tbsp) & stir in the sugar or (stevia).

3. Pour over the fruit, refrigerate 1 hour or until well chilled.
