½ cup low-fat or fat-free yoghurt
1 tablespoon coconut oil
¼ tablespoon ginger powder
2 tablespoons flax seeds
2 tablespoons whey powder
1. Mix all of these together and put them in a blender.
2. Blend them for a while (1 minute).
3. It’s very easy and in just a minute you have both a weight loss and a tasteful drink.
