250 g plain biscuits

105 g Peppermint Crisp chocolate

395 g condensed milk

150 g milk chocolate

1 tbs butter


1. Crush biscuits and peppermint crisp bars. In a mixing bowl add condensed milk and mix together. Press into a greased tray.

2. Refrigerate.

3. Melt chocolate and a little butter and spread over slice. Sprinkle with crushed peppermint crisps. Refrigerate.

4. Cut in slices. Serve.
