100gm butter

100gm flour

2 egg

1/2 tsp baking powder

100 gm sugar

2 cardamom remove skin

2 glove

1/4 star aniseed

1/2 inc cinnamon

1/8 tsp nutmeg

1/8 tsp dry ginger grind all to a powder

1/4 cup nuts

1/4 cup raisins soaked in water till it became fat

1/2 cup dry fruits

1/4 cup cherry

1/4 cup sugar (caramel)

1/4 cup water (caramel)


1. Caramel the sugar till brown then add water to dilute it. Cool it.

2. Coat all fruits and nuts with some flour keep a side.

3. Beat sugar and butter till creamy then add egg one at a time then fold in flour and caramel syrup alternatively then fold in dry fruits and nuts then bake in oven 180 till cooked.
