1 cup flour (batter)
1 egg (batter)
1/2 cup carrot thinly sliced (filling)
1/2 cup beans thinly sliced (filling)
1/2 cup cabbage thinly sliced (filling)
1/4 cup onion chopped (filling)
1 tsp garlic grated (filling)
1 tsp ginger grated (filling)
1 tsp chopped green chili (filling)
1/4 tsp black pepper (filling)
1/2 tsp red chili powder (filling)
1/4 tsp garam masala (filling)
coriander leaves (filling)
2 egg beaten
1. Mix all batter ingredients to thin batter like crepes. In a hot pan pour one ladle of batter and make crepes and set aside.
2. Filling. In a hot pan sauté garlic, ginger add onion mix well until light brown in color. Then add green chili and masala. Add the vegetables, salt cook till done add coriander and set aside.
3. Take the crepes and fill vegetable filling and close as a box and dip in egg and then bread crumbs then take a hot pan add 3 tbsp of oil and pour beaten egg on top and fry both side till golden brown and done.
