125 gm butter
250 gm flour (in a pan dry roast until lightly color has changed)
100gm peanut (tossing)
100 gm sugar (tossing)
4 tbsp milk powder (tossing)
4 tbsp icing sugar (tossing)
1. In a hot pan melt butter then add flour and combine well and form a dough and set aside.
2. Crush peanut then mix sugar and set aside. Make small circle in your palm add filling and roll into small circles and bake 170 dg preheated oven until done and cool it.
3. For tossing. Mix well and toss the biscuits in and serve.
