Ingredients:

120 gm butter

2 tbsp oil

210 gm flour

30 gm corn flour

1 egg yolk

2 tbsp icing sugar

1/2 tsp vanilla essence

yellow food coloring

1 medium sized pineapple (filling)

4 tbsp sugar (filling)

Directions:

1. In a bowl mix butter and icing sugar well until creamy add oil then add egg yolk and mix well add vanilla, food color, flour combine well and form a dough and set aside.

2. For filling. In a blender blend pineapple then add sugar and pressure cook it for 10 whistle or till dry and then roll into balls and set aside.

3. Take the dough roll it and design it with fork and then cut into strip and place jam ball and roll it and bake it in a preheated oven at 170 dg until done. You can also shape it like a pineapple and fill the jam and bake.
