2 pounds chicken breasts
1 cup chicken stock
1/2 bottle light caesar dressing
1. Place cleaned chicken into the crock pot and add chicken stock. Chicken stock should come to the top of the chicken. Sprinkle garlic powder on top. Then, cook chicken for 2-3 hours on high and 4-5 hours on low.
2. When done, shred the chicken and then pour caesar dressing on top and toss. This will be to taste. Remember - You can always add more later, so starting conservatively is best. Add lettuce and chicken to the pita, then top with parmesan cheese.
