2 large chicken breasts grilled
1 large avocado
1 pouch ready-made guacamole
1/2 cup red grapes cut in half
1 tablespoon cilantro
garnish with sliced almonds or sunflower seeds
sea salt to taste
1. Cube chicken toss into bowl.
2. Chop cilantro, add to bowl.
3. Juice lime into bowl. add guacamole, avocado, grapes and salt.
