1 tablespoon butter

1 clove of garlic

1/2 cup of whipping cream

1/4 teaspoon of xanthan gum

1 tablespoon of low carb soy sauce

chopped mushrooms

and salt

black pepper to taste


1. Brown the butter in saucepan, add the garlic sauté for 1 minute, add the mushrooms and cream simmer until the mushrooms is fully cooked, add the xantham gum to thicken the sauce and season with salt and pepper.
