500 grams beef tenderloin (cubes)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dried oregano
2 tbsp coconut aminos
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne powder
2 tbsp (sugar substitute)
vegetables of your choice for skewers
1. Cook all together. Serve with avocado and eggs.
