4 slices of prosciutto sliced
1 bunch of asparagus, blanched and let it cool
2 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic chopped
1 handful of basil and parsley leaves chopped
10 pcs roasted almond sliced or chopped
6 pcs cherry tomato sliced
1 pack mini mozzarella cheese
pinch of salt and black pepper
1. Put all ingredients of dressing in one bowl, mix all together until the cheese and tomato are covered of olive oil and herbs.
2. Arrange the asparagus into the plate, topped with prosciutto and the dressing.
