150 grams ground beef

2 tbsp coconut oil

2 cloves of garlic chopped

1 medium size onion chopped

3 eggs

1/2 avocado diced

1 medium size tomato diced

4-5 pcs of romaine lettuce leaves (washed and dry)

salt, black pepper and chili flakes to taste


1. In a medium pan, put a 1 tablespoon of coconut oil sauté onion, garlic and ground beef, season with salt and black pepper (chili flakes optional) and let the ground beef cooked and set aside.

2. Put the remaining oil in the pan and cook your scrambled eggs, season with salt and and pepper, remove from the heat and mix into Cooked ground beef.

3. Assemble your lettuce wraps, scoop the ground beef and scrambled egg mixture into lettuce, topped with avocado and tomato cubes and finally some grated cheese and pinch of chili flakes on top.
