2 cups silken tofu
4 tbsp. sago or tapioca pearl cooked
brown sugar syrup
1. Warm the silken tofu and tapioca pearl in a microwaveable bowl 45 seconds to one minute. Remove excess water.
2. Add 2 tbsp. sugar syrup, adjust to your taste. Warm it again for another 30-45 seconds. Serve while still warm.
