2 1/2 c. coconut cream

1 1/2 c. coconut milk

3 c water

1 c white sugar

1/2 c. condensed milk

2 1/2 c. cassava

2 1/2 c. saba

2 c. sweet potato

1 c. purple yam

1 c. orange yam

1 c. taro root

1 1/2 c rice balls


1. Boil water and 2 c coconut milk in large pot. Add sweet potatoes, yams, cassava, taro root. Wait to boil again. Then simmer for 8 minutes. Add remaining coconut cream/milk, and sugar.

2. Boil and then simmer 7 minutes. Add saba banana. Simmer 2 minutes. If you want to use tapioca pearls, add them with the sugar to give it time to cook.

3. Add condensed milk according to taste. Simmer another minute.
