200 g. sugar
500 g. yoghurt
125 g. soft butter
1 packet vanillin sugar
1 packet baking powder
500 g. semolina one lemon peel
350 g. sugar
400 ml. water
1. First beat the egg white until it is stiff. Mix the egg yolks with the sugar, vanillin sugar, butter, yoghurt and the lemon peel. Add now the semolina and the baking powder. At least fold the egg white in the mixture.
2. Grease an ovenproof dish and add the mixture. Bake the cake ca. 40 mins by 180°C.
3. For the syrup boil the water, sugar and citrus fruit for a few minutes. Let the syrup cool down.
4. Prick the warm cake several times with a fork. Pour the cold syrup over the cake. Sprinkle some coconut flakes over the cake and cut the cake in rhombus parts.
