500 g. semolina suji

500 ml. ghee

1 1/2 cup sugar

1.5 liter water or milk

1 tsp. cardamom powder

1/4 cup almonds slivered

1/4 cup Sultana

1/4 cup condense milk


1. Mix sugar, water or milk and condense milk together and keep aside. Fry semolina (suji) in ghee on medium heat until golden brown.

2. Add almonds, cardmon and sultans along with sugar syrup. Cook the mixture on low heat until the mixture is absorbed well.

3. Serve hot or cold.
