corn flour 1/2 cup
semolina (sooji rava) 1/2 cup
kaju (cashew ) powder 1/2 cup
sugar 2 cups
ghee 3-4 tbs.
1. Mix corn flour in 1-1/2 cups water without lumps. Add food color if desired.
2. Roast rava in 1 tbs. ghee .Boil 1 cup water and add to rava.
3. When the water is absorbed the rava is cooked, add corn flour water and stir continuously so that no lumps r formed. When the corn flour turns transparent, add cashew powder, remaining ghee, and stir till the mass becomes a non-sticky one.
4. Transfer to a plate and decorate with roasted cahsews.
