rice boiled 2 cup

garlic 3 cloves chopped

oil or butter 5 tbsp.

spinach 2 cups chopped

egg 1

yellow food color pinch of (optional)

salt to taste

black pepper to taste


1. In a pan add 1 tbsp. of oil or butter then add garlic and sauté now add spinach and sauté until it gets wilt now transfer the spinach into a bowl and set aside, in a another pan add 1 tbsp. of oil crack an egg in a bowl add a pinch of salt, pepper and yellow color mix and pour into a pan and cook, stirring constantly, until it become scramble transfer the egg onto spinach.

2. In a another pan add oil, cooked rice, spinach, scramble egg salt and pepper to taste and mix until combine.
