Ingredients:

300 ml. of sour cream

2 tbsp. of oat flakes

a tsp of ground flax seeds

a tsp of cocoa powder

5 to 7 dried plums

Directions:

1. You need to prepare it in the evening for the following morning. First, pour 100 ml of boiling water over the dried plums and then cover the content and leave it for 5 minutes.

2. Meanwhile, put the ground flax seeds, cocoa, and oat flakes in a bowl and then add the sour cream and mix well. Store it in the fridge and consume it in the morning.
