Ingredients:

dalia/cracked wheat

poha/beaten rice

oats

suji/semolina

Directions:

1. Just dry roast equal quantities of all the ingredients till lightly browned and then blend into a fine powder when it's still warm. Add 3 tbsps. or as required of this to boiling milk. Add a fruit puree of your choice and a healthy breakfast is ready.
