250 gms. masoor dal (orange) soak for 3_4 hours

1 onion

1 head garlic

1 piece ginger

5-6 green chilies

1 tbsp. red chilli powder

1 tbsp. amchur powder

2 tsp. garam masala

3 tbsp. besan

3 tbsp. oats

salt as per taste


1. Grind dal along with green chilies ginger garlic n onion. Now mix all the dry spices oats n besan.

2. Now take a kadhai n cook the mixture till it starts leaving sides n the mixture turns to a lump. Let it cool.

3. Now grease a palm n give desired shape n deep fry on medium flame. Enjoy hot with green chutney.
