chiwla leafy veg 250 grams

cleaned washed drained and chopped

gram/ chana dal soaked

2/3 t spoons

onion 1 med chopped

garlic flakes 4/5 crushed

red chili powder 2 the spoons

coriander powder 1 the spoon

turmeric powder spoon

garam masala half t spoon

masala half t spoon

salt and sugar as per taste

oil 2 t spoons

cumin seeds 1 t spoon


1. In a pan add oil and heat it. Add cumin seeds then garlic flakes and sauté a minute.

2. Add onion chopped soaked chana dal turmeric powder and sauté for 2 minutes.

3. Add chopped leafy veg and sauté for 2 minutes. Now add masala powders (except masala) salt as per taste and mix well. Add 2 cups hot water and cook the veg When chana dal properly cooked,

4. Put gas on sim. Add goda masala and sugar as per taste. Wait for 2 minutes. Now transfer the ready veg to serving bowl. Your leafy veg Chiwala is ready to serve with bhakti.
