2 cups white rice

3 1/2 to 4 cups of chicken stock

pinch of pepper

2 1/2 cups broccoli florets

2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese


1. Cook rice in chicken broth until most of the liquid is gone.

2. Add broccoli cook for another 8 mins. Add the cheese, fold cheese in.

3. Cook for a min or 2 until the cheese is melted. Optimal add in: boneless chicken breast or tenders cut into inch strips, red bell pepper, diced onion, can of peas.
